About RelayCollab

We got tired of watching good creators lose deals to worse spreadsheets

RelayCollab exists because finding the right creator — or the right brand — shouldn’t depend on who has the flashiest media kit or the pushiest agency. We built a place where the numbers speak first.

Most creator-brand matching still happens the old way: a brand asks around, someone forwards a PDF that’s six months out of date, and three email threads later nobody remembers what the actual budget was. Creators lose time chasing replies. Brands lose confidence in the numbers they’re given.

We started RelayCollab to shorten that path to almost nothing. A creator lists real, current stats — followers, engagement, rates, past brand work — on one page. A brand filters by what actually matters to their campaign, opens a profile, and sends an inquiry that already states their budget. No agency sits in the middle taking a cut of a conversation it didn’t need to be part of.

Every profile on RelayCollab, creator or brand, is checked by a real person before it goes live. That’s slower than letting anyone self-publish instantly — and it’s the reason a search on RelayCollab turns up people actually worth contacting.

What we hold the line on

A few decisions we made early and haven’t reconsidered.

Approval isn’t a formality

Every new creator and brand profile is reviewed by a person, not a script. If a profile looks like a placeholder or a bot account, it doesn’t go live — however long that takes to check.

Budgets come first, not last

An inquiry that reaches a creator already states what the brand wants to spend. Neither side should have to ask.

No fee for standing in the middle

We don’t take a cut of what a creator and brand agree on. RelayCollab’s job is the introduction, not the invoice.

Setting one up takes less time than most brands spend writing the DM they never sent.
