1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, submitting an inquiry, or otherwise using RelayCollab, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on RelayCollab. If you are between 13 and 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf and must be directly involved in any paid membership or brand collaboration payment — minors generally cannot enter binding financial agreements without a guardian’s involvement, and RelayCollab does not act as that guardian.
3. Accounts & approval
- You must provide accurate information when creating a profile, and keep it up to date.
- Every new creator and brand profile is reviewed by our team before it becomes publicly visible. We may decline or delay approval at our discretion — most often because a profile looks incomplete, impersonates someone else, or appears automated.
- You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
- A creator username, once saved, becomes part of your profile’s web address and cannot be changed — choose it carefully.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload — your bio, photos, logo, and any media links. By posting it on RelayCollab, you grant us a license to display it on your public profile and in relevant parts of the platform (such as homepage or directory listings) for as long as your account is active.
You’re responsible for making sure you have the right to post whatever you upload, and that your statistics (follower counts, engagement rates, etc.) are accurate to the best of your knowledge. RelayCollab does not independently verify follower counts or engagement rates that creators self-report.
5. Our role
RelayCollab is a directory and introduction platform — not a party to any deal made through it. When a brand contacts a creator, any agreement, payment, or collaboration that follows is strictly between that creator and that brand. We don’t negotiate rates, guarantee outcomes, or take a cut of what’s agreed between the two of you.
We don’t guarantee that any creator will receive inquiries, or that any brand’s inquiry will receive a response. We also don’t guarantee the accuracy of statistics that creators or brands self-report, though we do review new profiles for basic legitimacy before approval.
6. Fees & payments
- Certain features may require a paid membership, billed on a recurring basis through Stripe.
- You can cancel your membership at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law.
- RelayCollab does not charge a commission on payments made directly between a creator and a brand as part of their own collaboration agreement.
- We may change membership pricing with reasonable advance notice.
7. Brand inquiries
Brands may contact creators through the inquiry form, which includes a basic spam check. Submitting an inquiry does not obligate a creator to respond, and does not create any agreement between the brand and RelayCollab. Any collaboration, budget, or contract that follows is worked out directly between the creator and the brand.
8. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Create fake profiles, impersonate another person or brand, or misrepresent your statistics
- Use the inquiry form to send spam, harassment, or unrelated solicitations
- Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the platform
- Attempt to bypass profile approval or account verification
- Use RelayCollab for any unlawful purpose
We may suspend or remove any account that violates these terms.
9. Intellectual property
The RelayCollab name, logo, and platform design are our property. Except for the content you upload yourself, you may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without our permission.
10. Disclaimers
RelayCollab is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular creator or brand will be a good fit for your needs. Use RelayCollab, and evaluate any collaboration you enter into through it, at your own judgment.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RelayCollab and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, or from any collaboration, payment, or dispute between a creator and a brand. Our total liability for any claim relating to RelayCollab is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RelayCollab harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.
13. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, provide false information, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to other users or to RelayCollab.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of RelayCollab will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continuing to use RelayCollab after a change means you accept the updated terms.
